DELIVERY, RETURNS, PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

 

We give high focus to customer delight and quality of our products. With the same goal we have designed our policies to make it easy and comfortable to place order and get it delivered

Delivery

  • We understand our customers needs and aim to delivery within 3 days of placing the order
  • Our delivery executives are well trained and take utmost care of hygiene and security while delivering the order
  • Before picking a product for delivery, we recheck the condition and expiry date again to assure that right product reach you

Return

However, in a scenario where you feel it necessary to return an item, we have simple return policy and procedure. After taking the delivery, you will be able to return within 7 days, if

  • Item is defected at the time of delivery
  • Item is expired at the time of delivery
  • Item is different from what you are not ordered at the time of delivery
We will arrange with you for non-perishable goods to be returned to us (please note that the goods must not have been used and must be in good condition). We do not charge you for any incorrect goods or defective goods which you have received. Over and above all the above conditions, company might accept returns on case to case basis, which is on the goodwill, which is purely subject to the discretion of the company Cancellation

You can cancel your order within two hour of order placed by mailing us at support@mfgourmet.com or Watsapp on 9311264747

Payment

We support Digital India and really appreciate online payment modes, we accept following payment options:

  • Online payment through debit card, credit card, net banking and wallet services
  • UPI payment on Delivery

You should pay the correct amount as in the invoice; we accept only Indian rupees

Refund

If there is any refund, it might be routed through the same vendor as the payment was made for eg debit card, net-banking, payment gateway etc. In such circumstances the refund is subject to third party processes on which we do not have any control. However, we can provide you the reference number/transaction id. If the payment was made directly to our Miracle Furnish bank a/c via UPI, then we will raise the refund through UPI. The process will take maximum of

  • 7 (Seven) working days for direct UPI payment
  • 15 (fifteen) working days for payment via card, payment gateway
